BBQ Pineapple Wedges
This dish is served at Brazilian steakhouses and Korean BBQ restaurants. It's simple to make and a crowd-pleaser at a casual bbq!

Cook time: 10 min
Half a ripe pineapple peeled and cored, cut into 3 inch wedges
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a medium bowl, add the pineapple and coat well.
For best results, barbeque for 4-5 min on each side until soft and brown with grill marks. You can cook on a griddle on high heat as well.
Serve as a side or as dessert after a BBQ meal.
