Salt and Pepper Fried Zucchini

Serves 4

2 zucchinis
2 eggs
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 cup flour

Mix the below ingredients together for the dipping sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp sesame seeds

Cut the zucchinis into 3/4 cm slices. Mix the eggs, salt and pepper together. Cover zucchinis on both sides with flour and then dip into egg mixture and coat evenly.

Fry zucchinis in a pan for 6 min on medium heat, turn heat down to medium low and fry for another 6 min, until soft. Sprinkle a bit of pepper for taste.
Serve immediately with dipping sauce on side.
