Spicy Sriracha Chicken Wings

Serves 2

1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
2 lbs chicken wings, split and discard tips

Mix the ingredients together to marinate the chicken wings. Mix marinade into the wings and refrigerate for 1 hour. Bake in the oven at 350 F for 30 min and broil for another 3 min - watch closely as it burns easily!

Or you can throw them on the BBQ for 8 min after baking for 25 min in the oven to add to your summertime BBQ meal! Add ribs to your meal for a ribs and wings night!
