Spicy Sriracha Rack of Ribs
Serves 2
Ribs with a twist! Spicy Vietnamese Sriracha sauce is all the rage right now (can you type Sriracha 3 times in a row?? No! that's what cut and paste is for!)
This quick and delicious recipe is easy to throw together the night before so that the Sriracha and Hoisin sauce combo marinates the meat to produce a spicy, savoury flavour.
This recipe works very nicely with chicken wings too, the marinating time is shorter since the sauce covers each wing thoroughly.
1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
Rack of ribs - 10 bones
Mix the above ingredients together. Cover the ribs with marinade and refrigerate overnight. Bake in the oven at 350 F for 45 min.
Or you can throw them on the BBQ for 8 min after baking for 30 min in the oven to add to your summertime BBQ meal!
