Granola with Dark Chocolate Drizzle

Dry ingredients:
2 1/2 cups of rolled or steel cut oats
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/8 cup flax seed
1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup almonds, chopped up
1/4 cup dried cranberries

Liquid ingredients:
1/2 cup real maple syrup
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/8 cup grapeseed oil

Chocolate drizzle:

50 gr dark chocolate

Mix the all the dry ingredients except for the cranberries together in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine and whisk the liquid ingredients. Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and combine well, using your hands to toss and mix.

Set the oven at 300F, place the granola on tin foil over the baking pan spread around evenly. Bake for 50-60 min until the granola is browned and crispy. Remove from oven and add the cranberries.
Cool for 30 min.

Melt the dark chocolate for 20 seconds in the microwave, add a little bit of milk for drizzle consistency and pour over the granola. Let it cool for 10 min before eating.
