Grilled Thai Pork Chops
I made these pork chops for dinner to go with Drunken Noodles and papaya salad. The recipe is adapted from the Serious Eats website which uses pork neck. I really like using oyster sauce with pork chops and added this ingredient to the marinating sauce.
The result is a salty and juicy grilled chop.
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 cup fish sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 lime, juiced
Use pork chops that are about 1 cm thick.
I get our pork loin chops from Costco and they are usually about 3 cm thick so I slice them in thirds or halves.

Mix all ingredients together and dip each pork chops in the marinade on both sides. Pour the rest of the sauce over them and marinate for 3 hrs in the fridge.
Grill them on a BBQ or pan fry them for about 6 min, until they're just cooked and slightly pink inside.
