2 tsp gochugaru (Korean Chili flakes)*
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp mirin

*Adjust the Chili pepper amount to your liking. You can taste the sauce before using it to marinate the pork and adjust. This recipe is a medium spice level.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and cover the pork with it to marinate for 15 min.
Cook the pork over medium-high heat on a carbon steel or cast iron pan for 10-15 min until fully cooked.
Serve with steamed rice and kimchi or you can also use it for lettuce wraps
